We collect information you provide and limited technical information needed to operate the service.

• Account details such as your name, email address, and profile image when you use Google sign-in.
• Business information, services, prices, contact details, locations, opening hours, brand choices, images, and instructions used to create a website.
• Private preview activity, saved changes, publishing requests, support messages, and basic security or reliability logs.
• Customer enquiry or newsletter details submitted through a powered website, which may include a name, email, phone number, requested service, message, consent choice, source page, and submission time.

We use information to provide and secure the product, generate and save previews, apply requested changes, process publishing requests, deliver support, operate customer forms, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

HabibiStudio uses AI-assisted systems to interpret the business details you submit and prepare website copy, structure, and visual direction. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the website. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication.

Information approved for a published business website becomes public. When a visitor submits a form, HabibiBooking processes the submission for the website owner. The website owner is responsible for using customer information lawfully, responding to consent choices, and handling applicable access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe requests.

We use necessary browser storage for essential product behavior, including private preview recovery and privacy choices. Optional analytics and Meta advertising measurement load only after the relevant consent. When permitted, browser and server events may include campaign identifiers, a pseudonymous identifier, device and network information, and hashed contact details provided by you so advertising can be measured and improved. You can change a stored browser choice by clearing this site’s browser data.

We use service providers for database hosting, file storage, authentication, analytics, and operational notifications. Depending on configuration, these may include Neon/Postgres, Cloudflare R2, Google OAuth, Vercel, and Telegram. Providers may process data in other countries under their own security and data-processing commitments.
