You may cancel for a full refund before HabibiBooking begins custom publishing work on your website. Contact us as soon as possible using the support address below and include the business name or preview reference used for the order.

Once custom publishing work begins, the payment is non-refundable because the service is prepared specifically for your business. If HabibiBooking cannot deliver the agreed service, we will provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered service. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Professional publishing includes one revision round before launch. Requests outside the agreed scope or beyond the included revision round require a separate quote and your approval before additional paid work begins.

The standard target is delivery within 48 hours after cleared payment and receipt of complete business details. Waiting for content, approvals, domain access, or third-party services can extend delivery and does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

The first year of Habibi Booking hosting is included with Professional publishing. Hosting renewal after the first year is AED 199 per year at the current launch rate. Customers who choose a custom domain normally purchase and own it directly. Bank fees, domain registration or renewal charges, currency conversion costs, and other third-party charges are not refundable by HabibiBooking unless the relevant provider refunds them.

Approved refunds are returned using an available and appropriate payment method after the original payment is verified. Processing time can depend on the bank or payment provider. Contact us using the address below for a cancellation or refund request.
