Clear responsibilities from first preview to published website.

HabibiBooking provides HabibiStudio, an AI-assisted website builder for private previews, website refinement, and publishing support. A preview is a draft for review. It does not guarantee publication, search ranking, enquiries, sales, or a particular business result.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to the email or authentication provider connected to it. Guest previews may be limited in number or expire after the period shown in the product. Connecting an account allows eligible drafts to be reopened across devices.

You retain your rights in the business information and assets you provide. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, transform, display, and publish that content to provide the requested service.

• Submit accurate business, pricing, contact, and availability information.
• Use only images, logos, reviews, claims, and other material you own, license, or have permission to publish.
• Do not submit unnecessary confidential, sensitive, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.

AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review business names, claims, prices, contact details, images, service descriptions, legal statements, and calls to action before requesting publication. HabibiBooking may apply safeguards or refuse requests that create legal, safety, security, or platform risk.

A publishing request starts a review and does not itself create a completed sale. We confirm the final scope and payment instructions on WhatsApp before paid work begins. Publishing work starts only after cleared payment and the complete business details needed for delivery are received.

Professional publishing includes one revision round, a Habibi Booking hosted address, and the first year of hosting. The target delivery time for a standard one-page Professional website is within 48 hours after cleared payment and complete details. A target is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline when the scope changes, information is missing, or a third-party service is delayed.

The first year of hosting is included with Professional publishing. Continued hosting, monitoring, and uptime care after the first year costs AED 199 per year at the current launch rate. We will provide renewal notice before the hosted term ends. A website may be suspended after reasonable notice if a required hosting renewal remains unpaid.

Professional customers may add custom-domain setup for a one-time AED 139 fee. Premium includes the custom-domain setup described in its current plan. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you purchase the domain through a registrar account you control and retain ownership of it. Domain registration, renewal, transfer, and registrar charges are separate third-party costs.

You may cancel for a full refund before custom publishing work begins. Once custom publishing work has begun, the payment is non-refundable because the service is prepared for your business, except when HabibiBooking cannot deliver the agreed service. Work outside the agreed scope, including revisions beyond the one included round, requires a separate quote and approval.

Bank fees, currency conversion costs, domain charges, and other third-party costs are not refundable by HabibiBooking unless the applicable provider refunds them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You authorize us to publish approved content and make the resulting page publicly accessible. WhatsApp, Google, social networks, domains, hosting providers, and other linked services are operated by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control.

Customer enquiries, booking requests, and newsletter signups collected through your website are leads for your business. You are responsible for lawful follow-up, accurate representations, customer service, consent records, deletion or unsubscribe requests, and compliance with rules that apply to your communications. Stored form consent does not automatically authorize unrelated or unlimited marketing.

Do not use the service to impersonate others, mislead customers, distribute malware, interfere with the platform, scrape protected areas, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or promote unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe activity. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep previews and published pages reliable, but interruptions, errors, third-party failures, and data loss can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HabibiBooking is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made from unreviewed AI output.

We may change the service or these terms as the product develops. The current effective date appears on this page. We may suspend or end access for material misuse, security risk, non-payment of agreed work, or legal necessity. Contact us using the address below for questions or removal requests.
